Интервал времени, в течение которого функция, описывающая реакцию импульсного фотометра, нарастает в пределах уровней от 0,1 до 0,9 от максимального значения.
Примечание
В случае немонотонной переходной характеристики максимальное значение функции, описывающей реакцию фотометра или его элемента, определяется как ордината прямоугольного импульса, имеющего со вспомогательным импульсом, образованным частью переходной характеристики от ее начала до момента затухания колебательных процессов, равные интегралы по времени от функции, описывающей реакцию, и от квадрата этой функции, причем длительность вспомогательного импульса должна превышать время нарастания переходной характеристики не менее чем в 10 раз.
